Heart Disease NOT Drugs Killed Sly Stallone’s Beloved Son Sage Moonblood, Highlight Hollywood News

People first broke the story that Sage Moonblood Stallone did not die from drug abuse or any drugs, he died from heart disease, which was the major cause of his death last month at the age of 36, said L.A. Assistant Coroner Ed Winter on Thursday evening.  After conducting a thorough autopsy, as well as a full toxicology screening, authorities report that Sage died from atherosclerotic coronary artery disease. And his drug test was negative.

The Coroner’s full report will be released next week.  Despite earlier reports by other media that Sage died of an overdose of drugs or suicide, he appears to have died from natural causes. Los Angeles police said they found large empty prescription bottles at Sage’s home on July 13 while investigating his death.

Sage was buried earlier in the month, with devastated father Sylvester Stallone crying over his casket.
