‘Dancing With The Stars’ Reveals Season 16, Highlight Hollywood Backs ‘General Hospital’s’ Ingo Rademacher

And they are off!  ABC’s new “Dancing With The Stars” has revealed their next season cast.  It includes, ABC’s “General Hospital” superstar Ingo Rademacher, Country singer Wynonna Judd, Comedian D.L. Hughley, Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Jacoby Jones, “Real Housewives” diva Lisa Vanderpump, actor Andy Dick, boxer Victor Ortiz, “Shake It Up” actress Zendaya Coleman,  Gold-medal Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman, Country singer Kellie Pickler and  Gold-medal Olympic figure skater Dorothy Hamill.

From country music greats to professional athletes, as always, this season’s  “Dancing With the Stars” cast is going to have a diverse group, just like always.
Wynonna Judd, famous for hits like “To Be Loved By You” and  “I Saw the Light,” will dance in this season’s competition with partner  Dovolani, who won season 15 with Melissa Rycroft. Judd has won five Grammys with  her impressive vocal skills, so it will be interesting to see if she has the  dancing skills to match.
Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman will also be  a contestant on the 16th season of the ABC series. Gymnast Shawn Johnson won the  8th season of “Dancing With the Stars,” likely leaving fans with some high  expectations for Raisman.

Other sports stars that will participate in  the new season include ice skating legend Dorothy Hamill, boxer Victor  Ortiz and Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Jacoby Jones .

Reality TV star Lisa Vanderpump has also signed on for this season of  “Dancing,” taking a break from the intense weekly drama on “Real Housewives of  Beverly Hills.” Bravo fans can probably expect to see her “Beverly Hills” BFF  Brandi Glanville in the audience this season, along with Vanderpump’s well known  (and well-dressed) dog, Giggy.

Former “American Idol” contestant  Kellie Pickler will also be on the show, making her the first “Idol” star  to cross over to the “Dancing” competition. Pickler fans are already accustomed  to phoning in votes for her, possibly giving the “Idol” vet an  advantage.

Comedians D.L. Hugley and Andy Dick will also  appear on the series, along with soap opera star Ingo Rademacher .

Disney star Zendaya Coleman rounds out this season’s cast. She  was likely added to the list to attract a young audience for the show.

The two-hour season 16 premiere of “Dancing With the Stars” airs Monday, March  18 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
