President Of American Art Awards Names Sin City Gallery Best In Nevada, 2013, Highlight Hollywood EXCLUSIVE News

American Art Awards  president Thom Bierdz announced Sin City Gallery is one of the 25 Best Galleries  In America for 2013. Bierdz explains, “Sin City Gallery is a rapidly growing  establishment offering complex, scintillating and irreverent art that is widely  collected locally, nationally and even internationally.  So what ‘art’  happens in Vegas, does not necessarily stay in Vegas.
Owner Dr. Laura  Henkel, with a PhD/Doctorate of Human Sexuality and certificates in sex  education from the Institute for Advanced Study of Human headshot_credit_Sean_LambertSexuality, offers an  intelligent display of both teasing and heady images. Laura’s past dissertation  being the artistic and academic programming director for the Erotic Heritage  Museum has given her immense credibility in a city where sexual images are  rampantly dismissed. The art is intriguing here, often with more layers than one  expects. We salute their continual brave and edgy exhibitions and are excited to  include Sin City Gallery in our picks for the best galleries in the nation this  year.”
Jeff Wack’s “Oceana” won Best In Show at 12 Inches Of Sin International  Juried Art Exhibition. Last year’s Best In Show at 12 Inches Of Sin  International Juried Art Exhibition was Allan Teger.
