Kiechel Fine Art Named Best Gallery In Nebraska For 2016, Highlight Hollywood EXCLUSIVE News

Highlight Hollywood has the exclusive rights to introduce our readers to the 25 Best Galleries In America, as designated by the American Art Awards. The AAA board, headed by president Thom Bierdz, chooses only one gallery per state per year. Their selections are based on years established, industry reputation, online buzz, location, size, represented artists as well as artist and client references.

“We study thousands of galleries each year,” explains Bierdz, “And few have the roster and esteem as Keichel. We love their discerning eye for art and their three story four gallery showplace. We agree with thirty years of art collectors that Kiechel Fine Art is the best gallery in Nebraska and American Art Awards proudly awards Keichel the Best Gallery In Nebraska for 2016.”

The gallery located in the heart of historic downtown Lincoln, Nebraska currently showcases four unique gallery experiences. On the first floor gallery patrons will find the top Nebraska contemporary artists curated rhythmically on the floor’s 20 foot high ceilings. As you ascend to the second floor spotlight gallery you’ll find out why Kiechel’s niche is regionalist artwork as the classic one of a kind works by Thomas Hart Benton, Grant Wood and John Steuart Curry surround you. The spotlight gallery then opens into the print room where patrons can admire the fine workings by Mary Cassatt, Albrecht Durer, James Audubon and many others.  Finally as you venture in the third floor’s open gallery space you’ll welcomed by various contemporary artists from around the Country. Last summer we added a sculpture garden, wine bar and comfortable seating for patrons.
Kiechel prides themselves on being a full service gallery that includes placing works in some of the top private, corporate and public collections across the United States including the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, The British Museum, Metropolitan Museum of Art, Chicago Art Institute, Smithsonian Institution, Crystal Bridges and more.
