“Sesame Street” debuts on HBO before the episodes ever air on PBS. So, for parents wondering about summertime TV-viewing, here’s your chance to see what is available for your kids who are on summer break. HBO confirmed the following episodes for July.
Season 46, Episode 26: “Elmo & the Bookaneers”
Debut: SATURDAY, JULY 2 (9:00-9:30 a.m. ET/PT)
Pirates who love reading invite Elmo to become a “Bookaneer.” Guest star: Pharrell Williams.
Season 46, Episode 27: “Bye Bye Pacifier”
Debut: SATURDAY, JULY 9 (9:00-9:30 a.m.)
Elmo and Baby Bear use different methods to help Curly Bear give up her pacifier.
Season 46, Episode 28: “Mi Amiguita Rosita”
Debut: SATURDAY, JULY 16 (9:00-9:30 a.m.)
Rosita writes her own book about her life on Sesame Street and what being Mexican means to her. Guest star: Gina Rodriguez.
Season 46, Episode 29: “Dress-Up Me Club”
Debut: SATURDAY, JULY 23 (9:00-9:30 a.m.)
Prairie Dawn learns that it doesn’t matter if you’re a boy or girl – anyone can dress up and play any way they want.
Season 46, Episode 30: “Afraid of the Bark”
Debut: SATURDAY, JULY 30 (9:00-9:30 a.m.)
Elmo, Gina, Barkley and Bob help Zoe overcome her fear of dogs.
