Ben Affleck And Matt Damon’s Syfy Series ‘Incorporated’ Canceled After One Season

Syfy has canceled the drama after one season.  The series, which counted Matt Damon and Ben Affleck as exec producers, was set in the year 2074 in a dystopian Milwaukee when many countries have gone bankrupt. The series starred Dennis Haysbert, Julia Ormond, Sean Teale, Allison Miller, Eddie Ramos, David Hewlett and Ian Tracey.

From creators David and Alex Pastor, Damon and Affleck exec produced through their Pearl Street Films banner along with Ted Humphrey and Jennifer Todd. The series was a rare co-production for Syfy, hailing from both Universal Cable Productions and CBS Television Studios.

Incorporated - Pilot

Incorporated opened in November to lukewarm reviews and 520,000 viewers after launching early online. The 10-episode first season wrapped in January with 410,000 viewers.

In recent years, Syfy has re-focused on sci-fi fare reminiscent of Battlestar Galactica. The cabler’s slate includes 12 Monkeys, Z Nation, The Expanse, The Magicians, Dark Matter, Killjoys, Wynonna Earp, Van Helsing and Channel Zero.
