Rosie O’Donnell To Join ACLU, In Trump Protest At The White House On Tuesday

Hours before President Donald Trump plans to make his first address to Congress on Feb. 28, the ACLU, and other organizations are planning to protest his remarks, with the president’s nemesis Rosie O’Donnell set to participate in the demonstration.

An address and rally outside of the White House prior to Trump’s address is being planned for 6 p.m. ET on Tuesday. The rally will be called “A Resistance Address: Defending American Values in a Time of Moral Crisis.”

In addition to O’Donnell, the ACLU and Civic Action, Food & Water Watch, National Nurses United, Hip Hop Caucus, DailyKos, Our Revolution and more are gathering together to send “a clear message outside of Trump’s front door that his agenda does not represent the values of the American people.”

The rally is one of many planned over the next week.
