Several glass store displays along Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills were found smashed in early Friday morning. The vandalism to at least four stores in the area of Rodeo Drive and Wilshire Boulevard is being investigated by Beverly Hills police. The damage was limited to the front windows and doors of the shops, one of which was Dolce & Gabbana.
Police say nothing was taken from any of the stores and there are no suspects in custody.
Police said in a statement that the suspect is a white man 20 to 25 years old, with a thin build. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black baseball cap.
The vehicle was believed to be a black Mercedes R-Class SUV with paper plates.
Police ask that anyone with information about the incident call (310) 285-2150 during regular office hours and (310) 285-2125 after hours and on weekends.
