LAPD Opens Rape Investigation Into Steven Seagal, Several Actresses Also Accuse Him Of Abuse

Los Angeles police have opened an investigation into a sexual assault accusation against Steven Seagal, the department confirmed on Friday. No additional information was available.

Multiple women, including Jenny McCarthy, have come forward and alleged they were sexually harassed or assaulted by the Under Siege actor.

The actress and former Playboy model recalled in November on a SiriusXM radio show a 1995 audition for Under Siege 2 where she says Seagal tried to make her get naked even though the script called for no nudity. Seagal has denied the claim.

Portia de Rossi and Julianna Margulies have also spoken out against Seagal, who was first accused of misconduct and harassment by Inside Edition correspondent Lisa Guerrero.

Seagal did not immediately return a request for comment.
