A string of five shootings and three stabbings made for a bloody Halloween across the city — with two teenage victims shot less than a mile apart in Brooklyn. A 14-year-old boy survived a shot in the face outside the Dallas BBQ restaurant on Nostrand Ave. at Hillel Place in East Flatbush just before 4:30 p.m., cops said.
Police believe the shooting was gang-related. About three hours later, a 17-year-old boy was shot in the leg on Flatbush Ave. near Ditmas Ave.
Investigators were looking into whether the shootings are related. Medics took both teens to Maimonides Hospital.
Meanwhile, a gunman in Manhattan blasted a 22-year-old man in the right leg outside the Jefferson Houses on Third Ave. near E. 115th St.
In Queens, a 29-year-old man was shot in the leg on Archer Ave. at Parsons Blvd. at 6:40 p.m. Police arrested a suspect, but charges are pending.
In the Bronx, a 37-year-old woman was hit in the left leg by a stray bullet after a gunman fired into a crowd at Third Ave. and Courtlandt Ave. in Mott Haven just after 8 p.m. Police arrested a suspect and recovered a gun a block way; no charges were immediately filed.
Knife attacks also accounted for some of the Halloween mayhem, including a Queens stabbing in which a man in a red light-up mask attacked a male victim with a butcher knife on 37th Ave. by 92nd St. in Jackson Heights at about 9 p.m. The victim is expected to survive.
Another man was stabbed in the stomach during an apparent robbery attempt on First Ave. at E. 118th St. in East Harlem about 10 p.m., and rushed to Harlem Hospital.
In the Bronx, one man stabbed another in the arm, chest and stomach at the 205th St. D train station near Bainbridge Ave. in Norwood at about 9:30 p.m. He was expected to survive.
