This year, the American Art Awards selects the Metropolitan Gallery Of Las Vegas Art Museum as Best Gallery In Nevada and one of their Top 25.

American Art Awards: “The Metropolitan Gallery Of Las Vegas with more than 20,000 square feet of exhibition space is the most significant contemporary art museum and art exhibition facility in the entire state. Located on the second floor of the Neonopolis Building in downtown Las Vegas, the museum features a Main Salon, almost twenty galleries, and a 50 seat lecture hall. Phenomenal in scope and talent, awing to the senses.”

The Metropolitan Gallery deems itself a showcase museum, dedicated to raising awareness for a range of visual and fine art and providing locals and visitors to Las Vegas an opportunity to appreciate a variety of both International, as well as Regional art. The museum also provides technical resources and assistance to local and emerging artists. It strives to distinguish itself by providing intellectual excellence and leadership with respect to the ever evolving visual arts. Its goal is to promote an understanding and appreciation of art by making accessible to the public fine art exhibitions, educational programs, cultural events and intellectual resources, designed to enhance the quality of life for all, in this remarkably diverse community.
